The Fiber-Packed Smoothie Ingredient You Need to Throw in Your Blender

The Fiber-Packed Smoothie Ingredient You Need to Throw in Your Blender

We're about to blow your mind with incredible flavor.

Butternut squash soup? Been there, done that. Spaghetti squash? Great low-carb alternative to pasta, but who hasn't tried that yet. If you're sick of eating this seasonal delight in the same way over and over again, how about throwing some into your blender! Sounds crazy, but if you're still on the fence about this ingredient, these recipes will prove this fall favorite belongs in your drink.
