A Healthy Brunch You Can Make in Just 2 Minutes of Prep Work

Sunday fun day just got a whole lot healthier.

Brunch doesn’t always have to be about bottomless drinks or pancakes the size of your head. Chef Candice Kumai has found a way to make a healthy, filling, and satisfying frittata for your at-home brunch menu. And better yet, you'll still have room for a mimosa (without totally over-indulging). For the recipe, Candice uses various veggies, a few seasonings, and fresh herbs, which she recommends as a great way to add flavor without the extra calories. Place it in the oven for a half hour, and voila—you end up with a delicious and healthy frittata.
