Kate Upton's breasts have many fans—but surprisingly, Kate isn't really one of them. "I wish I had smaller boobs every day of my life," the actress said in a recent interview with The Sun. "I would love to wear spaghetti tops braless or go for the smallest bikini designs. Every single day I'm like, 'Oh man, it would be so much easier,' especially if people didn't constantly bring them up."
Kate may wish she could wear a smaller bra size, but that doesn't mean she's ashamed of her girls. "I love my boobs, and I'm proud of my size," she says. "That's an important message to young girls—love who you are. It's so easy to feel negative about yourself, and it is totally self-destructive. If you can only love and accept who you are, you will be a lot happier."
We couldn't agree more. It just goes to show that you never really know how others feel about their bodies—even if they seem to exude confidence. And the little things that make you self-conscious may actually be the very same things that others find most beautiful about you. So take a cue from Kate, and learn to love all of your body—even the parts you kinda-sorta wish you could change. After all, sexy is just a state of mind.
