Hidden truth about cholesterol-lowering drugs!

DOWNLOAD
As a medicinal chemist, I discovered startling evidence surrounding cholesterollowering drugs. Chemically, these drugs are known as “statins.” Commercially, they are known as atorvastatin (Lipitor), fluvastatin (Lescol), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and rosuvastatin (Crestor). The belief that these drugs prevent heart disease is undeniably false – but more importantly, dangerous. The cholesterol-lowering myth being spread by pharmaceutical companies worldwide could rightfully be considered the deadliest health myth in the history of mankind. Numerous studies consistently show that the higher our cholesterol the longer we live and vice-versa.1 This reality has been hidden and pushed under the already-stuffed pharmaceutical rug. The obscurity of this truth has caused millions to parrot that LDL-cholesterol is bad cholesterol. The myth has elicited a statin drug addiction among millions. The truth be told, bad cholesterol is as real as the Easter Bunny. Believing in it will undermine your health. It is with great urgency that I share the hidden truth about cholesterol-lowering drugs with you as well as how to avoid heart disease naturally. I hope that you share it with others. As awareness increases, the number of deaths from heart disease will decrease. This book was written for both the general public and those who have been influenced by the pharmaceutical industry. A person only needs limited intellectual ability, common sense and an uncompromised relationship with the drug industry to realize the truth in the following pages. In other words, if you are a paid consultant, a drugworshipping wakopath, drug sales rep, or own stock in prescription drugs, then it will be difficult, but not impossible, to understand this book and its implications on the health of people worldwide. while it is poddible that shyness is (partly) cause by your genetid make up, it is my belief that learned behavior (the nurture part) is much more powerfull. there are so many cases of happy, healthy, vibrant and out going children having their personallties ravaged by abusive parints or other traumatic situations. and, belive it or not, the oposite is also true, quiet, timid, withdraen people can become meri sociable in the same way. catatonics and autims can be brought back to live, people with " learning disabilities can become fully literate. it justtakes the right tools.

how to develop super power memory?

DOWNLOAD
I feel assured that there is no such thing as ultimate forgetting; traces once impressed upon the memory are indestructible. —Thomas De Quincey an accurate and retentive memory is the basis of all business success. In the last analysis, all our knowledge is based on our memories. Plato said it this way, "All knowledge is but rememberance"; while Cicero said of memory, it is "the treasury and guardian of all things." One strong example should suffice for the time being—you could not be reading this book right now, if you didn't remember the sounds of the twenty-six letters of our alphabet! This may seem a bit far fetched to you, but it is true, nevertheless. Actually, if you were to lose your memory completely, you would have to start learning everything from scratch, just like a new born baby. You wouldn't remember how to dress, or shave, or apply your makeup, or how to drive your car, or whether to use a knife or fork, etc. You see, all the things we attribute to habit, should be attributed to memory. Habit is memory. Mnemonics, which is a large part of a trained memory, is not a new or strange thing. As a matter of fact, the word, "mnemonic" is derived from the name of the Greek Goddess, Mnemosyne; and, memory systems were used as far back as early Greek civilization. The strange thing is that trained memory systems are not known and used by many more people. Most of those who have learned the secret of mnemonics in memory, have been amazed, not only at their own tremendous ability to remember, but also at the kudos they received from their families and friends.

How to sleep less & have more energi

DOWNLOAD
Is it possible to sleep for 4-5 hours and feel more rested, more alert, and more energized than you did when you slept for 8 or 9 hours (or more)? Yes it is! While this e-book may be short, the information in it is extremely powerful, do not underestimate it. This is state of the art optimum life performance information, which may shatter some of your old beliefs about sleep, and give you many learnings and understandings that you will be able to use to revolutionize your life. If you follow the information in this short e-book you will be able to: 1) Reduce your sleeping time. 2) Increase the Quality of your Sleep 3) Gain more energy than you ever had before. 4) Eliminate all feelings of drowsiness / inability to concentrate during the day. 5) Reduce your Daily Stress Levels Just imagine what radical changes you could create, and what things you could accomplish in your life if you were able to sleep just half as much as you do now? Time is the most precious commodity we have in our lives! Or what you could do if you slept the same amount of time you do right now, but the sleep you got was more energizing and fulfilling than ever before? The Popular Myth about Sleeping Contrary to popular belief, you do not need 8 hours of sleep to function properly during the day. There's a crazy media hype out recently telling people that America is sleep deprived, and that we should all get 8 hours of sleep, blah blah blah. This is absolute non-sense, and any sleep expert would agree. There are many people in the world today that perform extraordinary physically and mentally demanding tasks and sleep for only 4 to 6 hours per night. Are these people living zombies? Or did they somehow, consciously, or un-consciously tap into a hidden fountain of energy, a system that lets them perform this way? A good example of a person like this is someone in a trans-atlantic yacht racing crew. The crew takes shifts being at the helm and on deck, and has to fight vigorous weather, poor eating conditions, continuous motion, and drastic temperature changes, for up to 3 months! At this time each crew member sleeps about 4-5 hours per shift, and has no trouble performing the highly mentally and physically demanding tasks of sailing a yacht, fighting 30 foot waves, adjusting sails, and concentrating on keeping the boat on course. There are also many other individuals in the world who don't sail yachts or perform outrageously physically demanding tasks, yet they also sleep very little. Regardless of their ”sleep deprivation”, they're always up beat, energetic, and full of life. Were these people just born with this ability, or is it something they're doing on a conscious / subconscious level?

managing businus case for managing health and productivity

This report reflects the results of the Integrated Benefits Institute’s Full-Cost Benchmarking Study for participants’ healthand absence-related benefits programs in 2002. Participants in 11 industry groups report aggregate data on short-term disability, long-term disability, group health, workers’ compensation, incidental absence and family and medical leave programs. In addition, companies report on demographic and benefits plan characteristics and key business metrics. IBI’s participant reports are unique in several ways. IBI calculates and reports the lost productivity that results from absence so that participants can target and report their full ROI from health and productivity interventions. In addition to out-of-pocket payments by benefit program, IBI shows results across programs to help detect cost shifting. IBI also reports company results in terms of key business metrics important to senior management to assist in getting their attention and approval for program improvements. Finally, IBI compares results across industry groups and against best-in-group performers to demonstrate what is “left on the table” by those that don’t perform as well. Practical Lessons in Yoga

DOWNLOAD
This book entitled “Practical Lessons in Yoga” consists of twelve easy and interesting Lessons. The First Lesson deals with Yoga and Its Objects. The Second Lesson treats of Yoga Sadhana or the practice of Yoga and contains a clear and lucid description of the four important paths viz., Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. One can easily choose for himself a path according to his particular taste, temperament and capacity by a close study of this Lesson. I firmly hold that no one wishing
to become a perfect Yogi can realise his wish, if he does not begin his Yogic practices with Karma Yoga or doing actions for actions’ sake, without the idea of agency and without expectation of the fruits of his actions. I have also made passing references to the various other forms of Yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. In the Third Lesson on Yogic Discipline I have clearly and expressly stated that the practice of Yoga is rooted in the cultivation of virtues and the eradication of negative qualities, and have also stated in detail what virtues should of necessity be cultivated and what vices are to be eradicated, and through what means. Yogic Diet forms the subject-matter of the Fourth Lesson. It should be distinctly borne in mind that mind is made up of the fine particles of food that we take, and we are what we eat. If the student of Yoga who is a neophyte desires to lay a firm, sure and sound foundation in his practices, he should take care to eat only such foods that are conducive to his spiritual advancement and progress, and avoid all others. A list of the various articles of diet, prescribed and prohibited, is also given. In the Fifth Lesson I have taken all care to collect the various stumbling blocks in the way of the aspirant and the various means of overcoming them. I strongly advise the student to read and re-read this Lesson a number of times in order that he may be cautious in moments of temptation. Then in the Sixth Lesson I have dealt with Yogasanas or Yogic postures. It is very necessary for the would-be Yogi to maintain a sound and vigorous body and mind to achieve success in his undertaking, and in order that he might achieve this end, a number of simple and easy exercises, physical and consequently mental, have been prescribed. These exercises were practiced by Yogins and Rishis of yore and are still being practiced in India and other countries with astonishing results. The Seventh Lesson treats of Pranayama or regulation of breath. Simple and practical exercises have been prescribed for the regulation and control of breath. which will ultimately result in the control of the mind. These exercises in breath-control are not merely for enhancing the soundness and control of the mind, but they also play a vital part in ensuring a sound body. The student of Pranayama who attains perfection in it will have various psychic powers.

the element of memory

DOWNLOAD
MEMORY can be considered your brain's ability to store, retain, and subsequently recall information. You may know of people who you consider to have an excellent memory and you may be slightly envious. We'll look at certain mental principles and processes, namely, those of Retention, Association and Recall. Incidentally, as with any information, it contains some facts and instructions of immediate practical utility. But primarily it is intended to help prepare your mind to understand a scientific system for success-achievement. You may be aware of the sensory perceptive and judicial processes by which your mind acquires its knowledge of the outside world. This eBook will touch on the phenomenon of memory, the instrument by which your mind retains and makes use of its knowledge, the agency that has power to resurrect the buried past or power to enfold us in a Paradise of dreams more perfect than reality.

If you feel like you’re struggling way too hard to get ahead… I wrote this report specifically for you! Very few things really rate as “secrets” anymore in business. In fact, more often than not the word “secret” gets used in false, confusing, or even misleading ways. It seems dozens of books (more like 10,000 books) exist to explain the “secrets” for everything from how to crush the competition in business, make more money, have a better life, create better relationships… but do any of them really contain any “secrets” or are they just rehashing the same old stuff? It makes you wonder… Are their really any secrets that, if you learned them, would truly enable you to separate yourself from the competition and WIN virtually every single time you stepped into any arena of life? Yes! There is a secret… and it’s so simple you’ll wonder why you never saw it or thought of it before! By the way… I’m not talking about some lame theory of “winning” where you “win” just by showing up and feeling good by contributing and then count on the universe to pay you back through some mystical, unexpected ways. NOPE! NO way… that takes way too long and most people quit before that approach ever kicks in… let alone puts money in your bank account!

eliminate strss and anxiety from yur live

It seems like you hear it all the time from nearly every one you know – “I’m SO stressed out!” Pressures abound in this world today. Those pressures cause stress and anxiety, and often we are ill-equipped to deal with those stressors that trigger anxiety and other feelings that can make us sick. Literally, sick. The statistics are staggering. One in every eight Americans age 18-54 suffers from an anxiety isorder. This totals over 19 million people! Research conducted by the National Institute of Mental Health has shown that anxiety disorders are the number one mental health problem among American women and are second only to alcohol and drug
abuse by men. Women suffer from anxiety and stress almost twice as much as men. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in America, surpassing even depression in numbers. Anxiety is the most common mental health issue facing adults over 65 years of age. Anxiety disorders cost the U.S. $46.6 billion annually. Anxiety sufferers see an average of five doctors before being successfully diagnosed. Unfortunately, stress and anxiety go hand in hand. In fact, one of the major symptoms of stress is anxiety. And stress accounts for 80 percent of all illnesses ither directly or indirectly.

character building trought power

Download

UNCONSCIOUSLY we are forming habits every moment of our lives. Some are habits of a desirable nature; some are those of a most undesirable nature. Some, though not so bad in themselves, are exceedingly bad in their cumulative effects, and cause us at times much loss, much pain and anguish, while their opposites would, on the ontrary, bring as much peace and joy, as well as a continually increasing power. Have we it within our power to determine at all times what types of habits shall take form in our lives? In other words, is habit-forming, character building, a matter of mere chance, or have we it within our own control? We have, entirely and absolutely. “I will be what I will to be,” can be said and should be said by every human soul. After this has been bravely and determinedly said, and not only said, but fully inwardly realized, something yet remains. Something remains to be said regarding the great law underlying habit-forming, character-building; for there is a simple, natural, and thoroughly scienti?c method that all should know. A method whereby old, undesirable, earth-binding habits can be broken, and new, desirable, heaven lifting habits can be acquired, a method whereby life in part or in its totality can be changed, provided one is suf?ciently in earnest to know and, knowing it, to apply the law.
Thought is the force underlying all. And what do we mean by this? Simply this: Your every act - every conscious act - is preceded by a thought. Your dominating thoughts determine your dominating actions. In the realm of our own minds we have absolute control, or we should have, and if at any time we have not, then there is a method by which we can gain control, and in the realm of the mind become thorough masters. In order to get to the very foundation of the matter, let us look to this for a moment. For if thought is always parent to our acts, habits, character, life, then it is ?rst necessary that we know fully how to control our thoughts. Here let us refer to that law of the mind which is the same as is the law in Connection with the re?ex nerve system of the body, the law which says that whenever one does a certain thing in a certain way it is easier to do the same thing in the same way the next time, and still easier the next, and the next, and the next, until in time it comes to pass that no effort is required, or no effort worth speaking of; but on the opposite would require the effort. The mind carries with it the power that perpetuates its own type of thought, the same as the body carries with it through the re?ex nerve system the power which perpetuates and makes continually easier its own particular acts. Thus a simple effort to control one’s thoughts, a simple setting about it, even if at ?rst failure is the result, and even if for a time
failure seems to be about the only result, will in time, sooner or later, bring him to the point of easy, full, and complete control. Each one, then, can grow the power
of determining, controlling his thought, the power of determining what types of
thought he shall and what types he shall not entertain. For let us never part in
mind with this fact, that every earnest effort along any line makes the end aimed
at just a little easier for each succeeding effort, even if, as has been said, apparent failure is the result of the earlier efforts. This is a case where even failure is success, for the failure is not in the effort, and every earnest effort adds an increment of power that will eventually accomplish the end aimed at. We can, then, gain the full and complete power of determining what character, what type of thoughts we entertain.

sharpen your memory

Download

A good memory is truly important for anyone to possess. Your memory of faces, names, facts, information, dates, events, circumstances and other things concerning your everyday life is the measure of your ability to prevail in today’s fast-paced, information-dependent society. With a good memory, you don’t have to fear forgetting/misplacing important stuffs and you can vercome mental barriers that hinder you from achieving success in your career, love life, and personal life. Your memory is composed of complicated neural connections in your brain which are believed to be capable of holding millions of data. The ability of your mind to retain past experiences in a highly organized manner gives you the potential to learn and create different deas. Your experiences are the stepping stones to greater accomplishments and at the same time your guides and protectors from danger. If your memory serves you well in this respect, you are saved the agony of repeating the mistakes of the past. By remembering crucial lessons and circumstances, you avoid the mistakes and failures made by other people. Unless you have an illness or handicap, a poor memory is often attributed to lack of attention or concentration, insufficient listening skills, and other inherent bad habits; however, it can be honed and developed using the right methods. Many people believe that their memory gets worse as they get older. This is true only for those who do not use their memory properly. Memory is like a muscle - the more it is used, the better it gets. The more it is neglected, the worse it gets. This is the reason why older people have more trouble remembering than younger ones. However, people increasing in age can overcome this dilemma and can even further improve their memory by continuing their education, by refining their minds, by keeping themselves open to new experiences, and by keeping their imagination working. An important thing to realize is that different people have various ways of learning. The way in which people learn is often a factor determining the subjects they choose to study, instructors they relate to, and careers they select. Memorization or retention of data operates by loading images, sounds, taste, smell, and sensation (touch) in a very organized and meaningful combination in our brain. There are three types of memory. Sensory Memory is where emporary information is briefly recorded. Images such as a picture in a magazine and the design on your customer’s clothing are omentarily stored in the sensory memory. It will be quickly replaced by another sensory memory unless you do something to retain it. Short-term Memory, characterized by 20 to 30 seconds of retention, involves a limited amount of information, and is necessary in traditional processing of experiences and ordinary data gathering (everyday sensation and perception). For example, you were taught by your professor some great techniques on how to easily solve complicated Math problems.
