What It Takes to Train for the Ironman World Championship

On October 11, Women's Health fitness director Jen Ator completed the 140.6-mile swim-bike-run Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii with Team Chocolate Milk and her teammate Olympic legend Apolo Ohno.      

Jen put a whole lot of grit, self-love, happy tears, and sweat into the six months of training that got her to that finish line.
