This JACKED 61-Year-Old Is <em>Whose</em> Mom?

While many people spent Thanksgiving in colder temperatures cozied up in fuzzy sweaters and thick socks, some celebrities jetted off to warmer climates to celebrate the holiday. Take Jada Pinkett Smith’s enviable trip to Jamaica, for example: The star headed to the land of clear waters and palm trees for a family getaway, but what really caught our eye is her mom’s unreal body. Check her out—and count those abs—below:

 

Jada’s known for having a killer bod herself, which is no surprise since research has shown your mom’s diet and exercise habits can have a major impact on your own. That’s welcome news if your mom looks anything like the above. If not? There are ways to offset that familial link, so no need to panic.

Even if you didn’t wake up this morning thinking a 61-year-old would make you itch for a gym session, all that toned muscle has probably got you ready to hit the weight room. Get some sweat flowing with these crazy-toning moves, and throw in the most badass exercise you can do for good measure.
