What the Next 28 Days Will Look Like
For those of you who know me—or have heard of my "take no prisoners" approach to transforming bodies—prepare yourself to train like you've never trained before! I'm a big proponent of mindful training, so I encourage you to visualize the body you want to create and pay attention to your form and breathing throughout the training program. And as I've said countless times, squats, lunges, and burpees are only as effective as the soundness of your nutrition. Although I've mellowed over the years (as much as a Capricorn can mellow!), I definitely suggest steering clear of sugar, artificial sweeteners, processed carbohydrates, and alcohol.
