7 Things You Should Always Say 'Yes' To

7 Things You Should Always Say 'Yes' To

Dancing, puppies, and amazing opportunities are involved.

Sometimes it's really hard to say no without feeling guilty, but you know you have to for your own health and sanity.

…Okay, now forget about those instances for a hot second. Answering in the affirmative to each of the following is way, way, way the right thing to do.

The terrifying but awesome job opportunity. Embrace the belly butterflies and trust your gut—you're ready for the responsibility.

The free personal training session when you sign up at a new gym. Gyms are expensive! If you don't take full advantage of the perks for newbies, you're just being silly.

The person at the car rental place who asks, "You'd rather have the more expensive rental car with air bags rather than the cheaper one with no safety features?" Yes!

Dance parties. We're trying to imagine any reason in the world for turning down a dance party—and we're coming up short.

Entering the raffle for a trip to the Caribbean. You never know if you'll win. What you do know: That a free vacation on a beach would be fan-freaking-tastic.

Help from a friend when you need it. No matter how strong and independent and amazing all of us are, we can't always go it alone. You would be there for your friend in a second, so let her be there for you.

An invite to watch a video that involves babies or puppies. Even better: a video that involves babies and puppies.
