Why You Should Run an Extra Mile This Week

Great reasons to run an extra mile between now and Friday:
1. You'll reap an extra mile's worth of health benefits.

Clearly, this isn't exactly literal. But by pushing yourself to run farther (or cycle farther, or hold a pose longer, or do one more set), you're pushing past the noise and taking yourself to your next level. And that is something to be majorly proud of. Next time you go out for a run, you'll know you can go that far—or maybe even farther—and you'll continue to grow and achieve and set yourself apart. (In face, going the extra mile is a pretty amazing life policy in general.)
