Sleeping in the buff with your partner definitely has its benefits—like getting to snuggle against their warm body instead of their super-worn t-shirt. And get this: People who snooze in the nude are also more likely to report being happy with their relationship, according to a recent survey by Cotton USA. As if you needed another reason to strip down in this weather...
Cotton surveyed 1,000 British adults who were either married or in a relationship to find out what they sleep in and how they feel about their relationship. A whopping 57 percent of nude sleepers also said they were happy with their relationship, while only 48 percent of pajama wearers and 43 percent of nightie wearers felt the same (seriously, who still wears a nightie?!). And unsurprisingly, only 38 percent of onesie wearers (yes, onesies) said they were happy with their relationship. (No word yet on how the partners of these onesie wearers feel about their relationship, but we're guessing not good.)

While this isn't exactly a scientific study, it does make sense that naked cuddling could boost relationship satisfaction. After all, a recent study found that couples who snuggle post-sex have happier bonds, while another study found that the closer you sleep to your partner, the better your relationship. There's nothing like some skin-on-skin action between the sheets to get your juices flowing, but this is obviously just a correlation. There's a big chance that the opposite is true; those in happier relationships are more likely to strip down and bare it all when sleeping.
