How Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting Stays in Such Amazing Shape

A breakdown of the fit celeb's fitness routine

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting has a rockin' bod. And by rockin', we mean seemingly rock-hard—just check out this photo for proof.

Wondering how she stays so toned? (Duh.) The Big Bang Theory star attended the Humane Society of America's Wheels For Seals event with SoulCycle earlier this week and, luckily for all of us, she opened up about her workouts, including her love for cycling.

"I'm a big SoulCycler! I do it all the time," she told Us Weekly. She even called cycling her "thing." But Kaley's fitness routine definitely goes beyond the bike: "I'd say I work out four to five times a week," she told the publication. "I do SoulCycle, yoga, and horseback riding—I love to be active and just get out there and be outside."

We love that Kaley realizes how enjoyable exercise can be. Good for her for using fun hobbies (like horseback riding) for a fitness fix and for heading outside to sweat (we're big fans of outdoor workouts)!
