Eat Healthy on the Cheap!

Eat Healthy on the Cheap!

The study found that produce snacks cost an average of $0.34 per ½-cup serving—and have a mean of 51 calories—while unhealthy eats average $0.67 and 194 calories.

Take a look at how the foods in the study compare to each other. Then save money—and calories—while making smarter food choices!
