At Women's Health, we want our readers to feel empowered in all aspects of their lives. We think being “strong” has many definitions—it can mean being able to deadlift two times your body weight or being able to run 26.2 miles, but it can also mean prepping meals on Sunday for the entire week when you're insanely busy or walking your dog for a little kick of cardio. As long as you do your best to lead a healthy lifestyle, thumbs up!
In our January/February 2015 issue, we launched the #WHStrong hashtag to show off real, fitspirational women who demonstrate what #WHStrong means through their Instagram accounts. Check out the three photos that made it into our magazine this time around:
So, how can you appear in our magazine, too? It's easy! Snap a photo of yourself doing something healthy (like cooking your own low-cal recipe, taking in a scenic view on a long run, or doing a crazy cool yoga pose), use the hashtag #WHStrong in the caption, and tell us what's happening in the photo.
For motivation, check out a few more pictures that also embody #WHStrong:

Excited? Pumped up? Amazing! But wait, what if you're not on Instagram? Don't sweat it: Just email your name, photo, and caption to WHStrong@rodale.com for your chance to have your pic featured in our magazine!
