On Thanksgiving Day, the kitchen can be a terrifying place—filled with awesome smells, family feuds, and so much steam you’ll never want to sit in a sauna again.
Luckily, this year, chef Maureen Evans, author of the Eat Tweet cookbook, is making things a little (okay, make that a lot!) simpler by tweeting 140-character turkey-day recipes. They can’t be too complicated if they’re only 140 characters long, right?
