13 Simple Ways to Fight Sugar Cravings

You can live without a trip to the vending machine—just try one of these tactics.

Juggling is hard. Holding a crow pose for five minutes? Really difficult. But resisting the urge to eat an entire chocolate bar when you’re stressed/tired/emotional may be almost impossible. Keyword there: almost. While satisfying these cravings sounds easier said than done, there are some easy tricks you can use to outsmart your sweet tooth. Don’t take our word for it.
