Life as a single woman would be so much better if all of your potential matches tattooed the kind of relationship they were looking for right on their foreheads. But until that becomes mandatory (and socially acceptable), we’ll have to settle for the occasional insights from online dating sites to enlighten us. Case in point: The dating app Clover recently polled users across the U.S. about whether they were looking for casual dates, long-term relationships, hookups, or new friends.
It turns out that New York City topped the list of cities where people are looking for long-term love. On the other side of the spectrum, Los Angeles Clover users reported looking for hookups more than any other city, while Chicagoans were most likely to be looking for new friends and Houston singles were most likely to want casual dating, according to Clover. Take a look at the rest of their results to see where you could find your ideal dating scene.
