How to Make a Pomegranate Cocktail with Just 4 Ingredients

Send off summer with a tasty, low-calorie drink.

You know what's better than a delicious cocktail on an early-September evening? A low-calorie, easy-to-make cocktail on an early-September evening. We recently searched through our recipe archives and found the perfect drink to fit that description: the Pomengranate Sunrise. Keri Glassman, R.D., designed the cocktail for our former editor-in-chief Michele Promaulayko's 2010 book Look Better Naked. All you need to make it are four ingredients: mandarin vodka, pomegranate juice, seltzer, and orange rind. Watch the video below to learn the super-simple recipe.
