How One Woman Lost More Than 120 Poundsâ€"And Found Her True Calling

When Shanna Fried discovered a new sport she loved, it inspired her to change her entire life.

Working as a traveling life coach in Florida forced 36-year-old Shanna Fried to spend hours commuting to her clients' homes. After years of surviving on fast food and skimping on exercise, Shanna's weight had climbed to 296 pounds—and she felt like her size was holding her back from doing what she really wanted to accomplish in life.

It wasn't until Shanna tried boxing for the first time that she finally found the motivation to lose weight. By starting an exercise routine she actually enjoyed and tweaking her eating habits, Shanna was able to lose more than 120 pounds—and along the way, she found a career she really loved.
