When you set the tone for toning up at the beginning of the week, it’s a lot easier to stay pumped up and inspired for the rest of it—that’s what #MotivationMonday is all about.

So today, make sure you do activities that’ll help you toward your fitness goals. Think of Monday as the day you set an intention for the rest of the week, and refer back to that intention anytime you have trouble keeping your eye on the prize (which would be a fit and happy life, of course!) from now through Friday and beyond.
