What's a Runner's High?

Or, how going for a jog makes you high. But actually.

It's not just a figure of speech: A runner's high is totally real. That said, researchers aren't 100 percent positive about how it works.

Mens Health talked to Greg Gerdeman, Ph.D., an assistant professor of biology at Eckerd College, to get the rundown on the current theory, and the explanation is fascinating! Check out the video below for the best dinner trivia ever:
