Well, now there's an app for that. kGoal is a new device and app that teaches you how to perform proper Kegels and tries its best to make it a fun experience. So here's how it works: You insert the thicker pillowy part in your vagina and start squeezing. The app will give you instant biofeedback to let you know how you're doing and it keeps track of your "workouts" so you can see how fit you're getting. They're even working on games you can play. Seriously. Oh, and did we mention you could also choose a setting to give you feedback via vibrations? Just saying, if every fitness tool offered this option, we'd be spending a lot more time at the gym.
