Every week, Your New Favorite Playlist introduces you to workout-worthy tunes from a different fitness brand. This week, an instructor from Grokker.com shares one of her favorite playlists.
Maybe you don't want to shell out the money for a gym membership or a pricey fitness class. Maybe you find gyms intimidating. Or maybe you just don't want to schlep somewhere else to work out at the moment. That's where Grokker.com can help. The site is filled with videos from experts on how to segment an orange, chop an onion, and make fresh almond milk—and it also features more than 1,000 videos of workouts you can do without ever leaving your living room, so long as you sign up for a free membership with the site.
Kelly Lee, a San Francisco area-based personal trainer and group exercise instructor on Grokker.com, focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in many of the videos she's created for the site. "HIIT training is great because it's fast, it's quick, and it's efficient—which a lot of people need right now," she says. "You get all of the benefits of really hard training in a really short amount of time."
So far, all of Lee's videos have been set to a live DJ—but she plans to use this playlist (a favorite in her classes) in an upcoming video. Listen to it the next time you want to amp up one of your at-home workouts:

2. Christina Aguilera, "Fighter"
3. Nico & Vinz, "Am I Wrong"
