Despite Jennifer Aniston's general laid-back vibe, she still gets irritated like the rest of us. And it just so happens she can't stand when people say she looks good "for her age," according to a recent interview the actress did with WWD.
Part of the reason why these three words irk the 45-year-old actress so much is because she says women hear this more often than men do: "Your age always has to be mentioned, and men don't really get that for some reason," says Jennifer. "It's not like you see 'Joe Schmo, 37.'"
We couldn't agree with Jen more. And no matter what it says on your birth certificate, it's never too late to take care of yourself—whether that involves getting in shape, cutting back on processed foods, or drinking more water. When you feel good and are in good health, the whole looking good thing will follow—no "for her age" required.
