Lucy Hale recently posted a genius snack idea on her Instagram account: frozen Greek yogurt-covered blueberries. Check them out:
All you have to do to make them for yourself is stick a toothpick in each blueberry, swirl it around in Greek yogurt, put your little concoction on a parchment paper-covered baking sheet, then stick the whole thing in your freezer for about 10 minutes. Then voila—heaven! And luckily, that's not the only way to use Greek yogurt to make an awesomely delicious low-cal frozen dessert. We hit up Instagram in search of some fro-yo inspo. Try these treats tonight!
Frozen Dots
To make them, just open an individual-sized container of Green yogurt, and empty the contents into a zip-top plastic bag and close it, pressing out as much of the air as possible. Then snip off one of the bottom corners of the bag, and squeeze little dots of yogurt out onto a parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Pop the tray in the freezer for about half an hour, then enjoy!

Banana Bites
You can recreate these bad boys by mixing a single-serve container of Greek yogurt with a spoonful of honey, chopping a banana into bite-sized pieces, and dunking them in the mixture. Then place the bites on a parchment paper-covered baking sheet, sprinkle them with cinnamon and anything crunchy, like a bit of granola or chopped nuts. Stick the baking sheet them in the freezer, and they'll be ready to go in about half an hour.

Frozen Pops
These couldn't be easier: Just pour your favorite flavor of Greek yogurt into a small cup (the ones you use to rinse your mouth while brushing your teeth are perfect), and stick it in the freezer for about 30 minutes (it should have hardened by this point but not be frozen solid). Then stick a Popsicle stick into each one, and throw them back into the freezer for a couple more hours.
