Saying you don't have time to work out is no longer an excuse. We've got an amazing five-minute workout that we're going to do right now and to help you get in phenomenal shape in no time. Follow along with Women's Health senior fitness editor Jen Ator, author of Shape Up Shortcuts, as she takes you through this intense five-minute workout circuit.
Here's how it works: You'll do these five ultra-effective moves in five grueling, butt-kicking minutes. For each move, you'll go all out, performing as many (perfect) reps as you possibly can for fifty seconds, rest for ten, and then keep going to the next move. All you need is a pair of dumbbells; Jen recommends a heavy and a lighter pair, in case you need to switch back and forth. Then five minutes in... and you're done! That said, if you've still got time (and energy!) left over when the video ends, you can start it over and play it through another two or three more times for a full twenty or twenty-five minute workout.
Whew! Sounds good? You can do this!

1. Single-Leg Balance and Touch
2. Alternating Lateral Lunge
3. Alternating Dumbbell Raise
4. Reverse Dumbbell Lunge with Curl
5. Side-to-Side Hops
