The Best Resolution Advice

Ninety-two percent of New Year's resolutions fail, according to University of Scranton research. So on this week's episode of Men's Health Live, online editor Andrew Daniels shares simple tips for making your 2014 pacts stick. He explains that to have an effective resolution you can actually accomplish, you have to break it down into smaller, specific objectives.

"It doesn't do you any good to make these resolutions at the beginning of the year, when really you should be setting these goals for yourself every single day."
