Do You Live in a Sober City?

Do You Live in a Sober City?

How hammered is your hometown? On this week's episode of Men's Health Live, Bill Finch, the mayor of Bridgeport, Connecticut, explains how his town came to rank #10 on our list of America's stone-cold sober cities. Citizens in Bridgeport are less likely to binge drink, drive drunk, and get DUIs than people in most cities. (See the full list here.)

Finch gives his own advice for safe holiday drinking:

"I believe in designating a driver. My consumption of alcohol is quite minimal. If you go to a few Christmas parties and you have a glass of wine at one or two of them--or maybe three, it's really good to have somebody else drive you. And I would urge everybody who's going to go to parties this season to make sure they do that."
