Do you know how to ask for help? On this week's episode of Men's Health Live, comedian Rob Delaney--frequently called "the funniest person on Twitter"--tackles a heavy subject that's close to his heart: depression. Delaney dishes on his life before and after getting treated for the condition, and shares his own advice for others who think they--or a loved one--may be depressed:
"I suffer from all the classical negative, stereotypical thoughts, where I think, âI don't need any help.' The fact is, it is strong to ask for help. It is strong to say, âOkay, there's a problem that I don't have the resources to fix myself.' Strength flexes and bends and adapts. Weakness is brittle and sits still and does nothing. I know I can tackle huge things because I'm not afraid to ask for help."
