- Second rule for healthy diet plan is to use meat like poultry, beef, white meat, mutton and seafood etc. All type of meat is healthy for our health.
- Third rule for healthy diet plan is to increase the use of whole grains.
- Fourth rule for healthy diet plan is to decrease the utilization of white flour.
- Fifth rule for healthy diet plan is to use and eat your traditional foods. This is because of only one factor that is cultural and traditional foods keep you healthy. Whereas, adopted or modern diet foods will not keep you healthy as much as you indeed.

- Seventh rule for healthy diet plan is to decrease the use any goods that has extra or too much sugar.
